What do we do at YHDW?

We are a liquidation company in Clearwater FL and we are able to purchase online canceled items with our contract and supply it to the public at discounted prices!

Are you open to the public?

YES! You do not have to pay retail anymore! Open Monday-Saturday 9-6 and Sunday 10-4!

How does pricing work?

If you see an item on our site, look that item up on the Home Depot website, and we a percentage off the RETAIL price. Not the sale price! EX: If a Ryobi 1600 PSI Pressure Washer on HD retails for $180, your price at YHDW would be $108. Anything Tool related is 40% off retail. Anything Home Improvement related is going to be 50% off! Download the HD app on your phone, and you can scan any item in our store! Our associates will be happy to help you out if you need it! Or they can help you with pricing too!

Where are we located at?

22171 Us Hwy 19N Clearwater FL 33765. We are located in the Clearwater 19 Commerce center at Drew St and Us Hwy 19! We have 3 separate Units within the commerce center that hold our inventory. Tools & Home Improvement is located at the front of the commerce center and our Large Appliance Department is located at 22047 unit within the commerce center.

How does our inventory work?

We receive around 5-7 Full 53ft tracker trailer loads of inventory per week. Weekly, we try our best to make sure all of the most sought-after items are still in stock.

How do I find out that when something comes in?

We have a texting truck alert system that we notify all of our customers of what came in. Because there is so much on all of our trucks, we are unable to list every item that comes in, so it will be a brief description of what came in that morning. EX: “New Truck! Patio heaters & firepits, grills, small kitchen appliances, ceiling fans, indoor & outdoor lighting 727-724-4029” Because it is an automatic, please call the store to inquire about specific items that you are looking for!

Do you offer shipping?

The answer is yes. But there is a downfall with shipping out of state. As a customer, you would be responsible for paying for the shipping. Typically, what we end up seeing is that by the time we quote you the shipping fee with our price of the item even after the 40-50% off, you end up paying a little less than retail, or right around retail. If you still want to continue with the purchase, you are more than welcome too. We would just ask that you call our stores and speak with an associate to make sure the item you are asking about is in stock. Before taking any type of payment, we would have to quote you the shipping price and if you agree to it, then we would help you with payment at that time.

Do you offer delivery?

es, we do! Please see below our delivery policy: Delivery fee: 1-10 miles $50 11-25 miles $100 Every 10 miles after, is an additional $50. This fee will be collected at the time of purchase. Our delivery driver will contact you to schedule a time to deliver. If you have any questions, please give us a call! Stipulations: We can NOT enter your physical home or business. Any delivery can be dropped off in the driveway or the garage. If you live in an apartment, condo or townhome that requires an item to be moved up flights of stairs, you will need to arrange help for that because we are not allowed to help. Any old item can be disposed of by us for $25 per item. The item must be left outside the home or business prior to us arriving.

Do you have a return policy?

Yes we do! This is how our return/store credit policy works: You have 30 days from the time of your purchase. You must have your yellow receipt that was given to you at the time of purchase. If the item you purchased just doesn’t “FIT” or you CHANGED your mind, you will be given a store credit. A store credit is the amount of the item you are returning. EX: if you purchase a light for $80.00 and decide you’d you like something else, bring it back to us with your yellow receipt and you will receive an $80 store credit. To use it, bring the ticket with the store credit and you can put $80 towards whatever purchase you are making at any of our stores (Tools or Home Improvement or Large Appliances). If you at a different time want to purchase an item for $100 and have a $80 store credit, you would only be responsible for paying us $21.40. You already paid taxes on the $80. For RETURNS. If the item you purchased is broken to where it can NOT be used, you will receive your money back plus taxes. DISCLAMIER: We inspect 98% of the items that leave out of our store because we are a liquidation company and sometimes things happen. We are a small business and strive to do the right thing and make our customers happy with the understanding that our customers will follow and respect our policies. At the original time of purchase, you are required to sign your receipt that states our store credit/return policy. It is also posted everywhere in our stores to make sure you as the customer understand. ‌ We greatly appreciate your business. To remain in business and to be able to offer incredible discounts to the public, we have to stick with our policies.
